Thanks again for joining the battle in the fight for our pastors and their families. Ministry is messy. It’s a spiritual battlefield. Our pastors are simply human servants of the Lord, trying their best to do what God has called them too. We don’t want to add to their struggle, either intentionally or accidentally. Some churches are more supportive of their pastor than others, but all can improve. When ministry is happening, we should expect a customized plan of failure from the enemy to try to thwart the advance of the kingdom. Without strong local pastors, every aspect of the church universal is negatively impacted. It’s the ripple effect of the pastor’s ministry. We need to be in the battle. In the clash for a pastor’s fitness, PCRs are the generals. They strategize, build a team, gain support, implement a plan of attack, and watch diligently for the enemy’s movements.
