People are attracted to charismatic leaders. Some even strive to be a part of their “inner circle” to feel important. Many pastors have been blessed with a charismatic leadership style, and often without their knowing it, may appear to have an inner circle as well.
Maybe you’ve wanted to share with your pastor how much his sermon touched your heart of that you have been praying for him and his family. But, you walked on by, feeling crowded out. It may surprise you, then, to know that many pastors often feel isolated, depressed and anxious about not doing enough or being good enough, despite the fact that they appear to be so popular.
So, the next time the Spirit moves you, don’t walk on by. Press through the crowd and Be The One to offer your pastor a fresh word of encouragement!
